Meet Laken Sullivan
Laken is the newest member of our support team. With a positive attitude and a helpful background in event management (read: she’s organized), she helps manage projects, oversees client support and ensues that each user has a positive experience with the technology and the systems that are implemented. Additionally, she is responsible for managing fraud prevention and transaction disputes as needed. We hope you will enjoy working with Laken as much as we do!
